Thank you for shopping with us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Qatar Orders:
For addresses within Qatar, shipping is on us. Once the package is dispatched, the courier will contact you to coordinate delivery.
There are no deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays.
International Orders:
We deliver globally. Please allow us 2 to 4 business days for the shipment of your order.
All international orders are shipped using DHL Express.
Kindly be aware that orders shipped to the United States with a value exceeding 2,500 USD require formal customs clearance. DHL may contact you to obtain your Federal Tax ID or Social Security number in order to facilitate the delivery to your doorstep.
Taxes and Duties:
Shipping outside of Qatar may incur customs charges imposed by your national tax/customs authorities. All duties and taxes are not included and shall be borne directly by the customer upon the parcel’s arrival at the destination country.
Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original boxes, with any dustbags, cards, and packaging intact.
- Shoeboxes are not to be used as shipping boxes. The shoebox should be placed within appropriate outer packaging, with contents secured within.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and should show no signs of wear.
Please notify us at shop@maryamalmalki.com that you would like to return your item(s) by providing your order number. We will then issue a proforma invoice, which must be attached to your return.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during the return process.
We can only facilitate exchanges for a different size within the same model. If you wish to exchange your product for a different color or style, please use the store credit to place a new order.
We are not currently able to offer free returns. For all international returns, unless an item is damaged or faulty, the customer is required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.
We kindly recommend using the following shipping services: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex. Please note that returns via USPS and Royal Mail may take much longer to process.
Preorders:
Preorder allows you to purchase an item before it becomes available for immediate shipment. Each preorder item will be marked as such on the site, and the estimated shipping date will be displayed below the product description.
Preorder items are charged in full at the time of order.
