Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. International deliveries are handled by DHL Express. For U.S. orders over $2,500, customs clearance may require additional documentation or fees. 

Within Qatar, delivery is complimentary. The courier will be in touch to confirm timing after shipment. Deliveries are not made on Fridays or holidays. 

Preorders are marked clearly with delivery estimates below the product. Full payment is due at checkout.

Start a return by emailing shop@maryamalmalki.com with your order number. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Shoes must be returned in perfect condition, with no marks on the soles. All original packaging must be included—dustbags, cards, and the shoebox. Returns must be shipped in secure outer packaging; shoeboxes cannot be used alone. Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect the shoes. You cover return shipping costs unless the shoes are damaged or faulty. We’re not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges are possible for a different size in the same style, if available. For a different style or color, please use your store credit to place a new order.

Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
